Avery has been waking up very early in recent weeks. Now that she's potty trained, I guess we can expect this from now on. I'm not complaining that she's getting up to go potty, but it sure would be nice if she would go back to sleep!
That said, she woke up this morning just as I was leaving the house for work. I picked her up and told her she needed to get back in bed for a little while. She wasn't having it and started to whine, etc. Then, she wrapped her arms around my neck as tight as she could and whispered...."Mommy, I want you to hold me forever." Melt....me too, sweetheart, me too!
